dont put it in the daycare it takes longer to evolver it. Just keep training it till it evolves Mine evolved at lev.24 and my firend's evolved at lev.30. Also if you have a shiny stone and togepi evolves into togetic use the shiny stone on it and it will become togkiss.

After your egg hatches go back to new bark town make sure your toepie is walking with you. Go to the mountin road and go in the grass, fight it to make it faint with your togepi. Then when its on lv. 5 go to Azalea Town make togipi fight more pokemon after its on lv higher then 7 it should evolve.

Togepi will evolve into togetic when it is happy and then to evolve togetic into togekiss you will need the shiney stone
