It can be very hard. Although it's nice at first, hanging out everyday and everything. But, you are your friends boss, and in friendships there are no bosses, there is only working together for the good of your friendship. If your friend does something very wrong and you have to punish him, it won't be good for your friendship, it will probably lead to constant fights, maybe even firing and in the and to a lost friendship.
