They get the evil spirit out of Regans body and it goes into another mans body (I forgot his name, but he was there at the time ) then he throws himself out of Regans bedroom window.

Scott Fights off the last evil X and dies in the process, but luckly, he has a "life" he got a few minutes ago in the movie. He goes back but this time with more fight in him and kicks their butts and goes home with the girl.
