How 2 Sabotage tower - First you move all the cogs from the right to the left, same order though. Next, go up the stairs on the second floor, till Harry says "I see some spare cogs". Bring then down bye using Wingardium leviosa, then put the spare cogs on the empty right side. If the clock doesn't spin fast, you made a mistake and you have to move the spare cogs around till it does. Then MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
you have to levitate the pieces to where the spokes are (the pieces only levitate so high) and when you have lined them up you have to end the spell, or drop the piece when the cogs are turning...so when the middle piece is spinning, drop the cog

Use Wingardium Leviosa.
Go to the Clock Tower and Luna will be there. You're going to have to get something that creates a swamp. Get a large rock and put on the right side of the broken left wall then use the long bench to cross over. When you get it, put it in the center of the clock tower, back away and use icendio on it.

On the PS3 version, you must climb up on the far wall and mend the roof to recover the portable swamp.
all you need to do is use wingardium leviosa on the cogs and put them in the right place it will tell you when you've put it on the right part of the clock. You dont need cheats its really easy once i got the hang of it. When you've finished the clock will go haywire and voila.
