∙ 11y agoYou can level up your Pokémon by fighting other trainers and wild Pokémon. You can also add new members to your team if you catch Pokémon using Pokéballs which can be purchased in the Pokémon Center or found in various places for free. Using TMs (Technical Machines) can often be a good idea. You should also be aware of your Pokémon's typing and make sure you have at least one STAB move (move of the same type) that deal damage and look at your Pokémon's stats. Some Pokémon prefer to use physical force while other are better at using special attacks like Thunderbolt and Flamethrower. Another thing, if you really want your Pokémon to stand out, you should consider EV training, which is a rather complicated process. See the Related Links for additional information.
