I am unsure of what you are asking here. A card can be measured in many different ways, you can measure its value by strength such as attack points or by effect depending on the type of card. Those two apply for Monster Cards. For Spells and Trap cards, the value of the card depends not only on its effect but also in how you are able to play the card in combination with both monsters and other trap/spell cards
