Unfortunetly not. Many Pokemon, such as the two fossil Pokemon appear in opposite games. You can get pokedex info for the opposite legendary in a book in canalave library, but this does not count as catching him. Also, you need to trade a lot of Pokemon from ruby, Sapphire and emerald. You need to get other games to get more stones, (there's only one dusk stone as far as I know, but multiple Pokemon that evolve with dusk stones) and as for arceus, darkrrai and shaymin, I have no idea how to get them, but I know you can't get them in the game normally.
