There is a brony-fed theory that Sparkler and Dinky Hooves are both Derpy's daughters.
This makes little sense, since Sparkler and "Dinky" are both unicorns and Derpy is a pegasus.
It's more likely that Derpy has no children (but has a little sister) and "Dinky" is Sparkler's little sister.
Not that I'm into that kind of thing.... ;)
