Well, that depends if you are talking about the movies or the comic books. There are a few powers the same in both though: super strength, the ability to climb up walls, and his "spider sense". I'm hoping I don't have to explain those:).
In the comic book, but not the movie, he also has super speed. It may look like he has super speed in the movie, but he only has really fast reflexes. In the comic, he can turn this power on and off. Also, in a few issues, he was contacted through his spider sense, but I don't know if that counts.
He does not, however, have the power to shoot web out of his wrists, even though the movie shows that he can. He actually had to make his own shooters and web solution.
