James Dean Was 5 foot 8 inches tall
I've read every James Dean book I can get my hands on and the one that talked about his "homsexuality" the most was The Life and Legend of James Dean by Donald Spoto. I could hardly read it because it was basically smut. Way too graphic. The Mutant King and Dizzy and Jimmy talk about it but in much more tasteful manner.
Warner Brothers thought that the part of Cal Trask was a key one. There were not sure if the new comer James Dean with no feature film experience was a good idea. Elia Kazan who knew Dean in New York and had seen much of his work there was confident Dean was ideal for the part. Kazan based a good deal of his reputation on the selection of Dean.

The song is a patchwork of significant historical and cultural events over many decades, and James Dean pretty much defined the "bad boy" teenager of the 1950s. His image and persona resonate to this day.
James Dean was known for his incredible acting skill, racing skill and musical talent. He was also known for his eyes. He could use his eyes incredibly well and his eyes really helped to show how he acted as so much emotion was shown through his eyes. When Lady Gaga mentions 'in your James Dean glossy eyes' it simply means that so much emotion is being shown through your eyes and is helping you understand how they feel. James Dean also made a lot of generations fall in love with him as his eyes were dark brown and when he used his eyes in a certain way he could look absolutely amazing. 'I can't believe how you looked at me, with your James Dean glossy eyes'
