Well, Catching Fire is coming out November 18th... So sometime between March and June I'm guessing! Sorry, I know it's not much help!
There isn't that much in Catching Fire but there is certinly in the Mockingjay because the capitol wants revenge for all that Katniss did like, almost commiting suiside in the first book and escaping from the arena in the second book.

MONEY! Since The Hunger Games did so well, most of the cast and crew demanded a raise. Jennifer Lawrence was paid $500,000 for The Hunger Games, but demanded $10 million for Catching Fire. After a long debate, her wish was granted to some extent because Lionsgate cannot replace the lead actress. But, others were not so lucky. The director of The Hunger Games, Gary Ross, was paid $3 million plus 5% of the movie's profits. He demanded a raise for Catching Fire, but he demanded too much money and could easily be replaced, as a certain director is not required since they usually are not seen in the film. All the money debates delayed the production of Catching Fire, which is coming out 20 months after the first movie premiered.
