If it was a highly exclusive card given to tournament winners, then the price could be very high, especially if it's tournament legal and competitive.
The only card that was released (excluding Orichalchos Shuronos), albeit unofficially, was the original The Seal of Orichalcos. It was given to Upper Deck Entertainment officials at a tournament to be used against finalists. There are only fifteen copies in the world. After the tournament, Konami reclaimed all of the cards, and the whereabouts and conditions of them are currently unknown.
