Charlie turns 19 in the December and Bill turns 21 in November.
J.K. Rowling once stated in a web chat that Charlie was two years older than Percy, which would have him still in Hogwarts during Harry's first year (and therefore still the seeker). When asked, Rowling said she knew she'd made a mistake but that web chats were very quick.
She then confirmed that Bill (1970) is two years older than Charlie (1972), who is three years older than Percy (1976).
