Actually, Harry mentioned hearing Percy's voice in the Epilogue, so if Percy was at the train station, at least Molly would have to be of Hogwarts age. Unless he was just seeing off some of his nieces and nephews--which for some reason doesn't strike me as a Percy-ish thing to do.
