Brock is a gym leader. Ash met him by fighting him and surrendering the first time. Then he asked for a rematched and he was going to beat Brock, but surrendered again. After ash left to continue to Cascade, he saw Brock heading behind him and giving him the badge cause he could have won but didnt because Ash's pikachu could have hurt Brock's Onix real bad, while secretly Brock dad following them. and Brock's dad revealed himself and said that Brock can take a break from the kids and Brock's dad took care of the kids. Brock is a good friend to Ash (Misty, May, and Dawn). He likes hitting on alot of girls.

Well, no one knows. But my opinion is about 17-19. When he met Ash, Ash was 11-12. And now, Ash is 14-25! (You don't really add up all the years Pokemon the show exsisted). And Brock is hitting on people like Nurse Joy! So that gives me an idea that he could be maybe in his 20's. Obviously, nurse Joy is about 22 :P.
