Five, actually. There were two sets of twins who played him on "I Love Lucy". And on the "Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour", (I Love Lucy seasons 7-9), one actor played the six year old Little Ricky. He was born Keith Thibodeaux, but Desi changed his name to Richard Keith so he could be called Little Ricky on and off stage.

My Favorite Husband was an old radio show. It starred Lucille Ball and Richard Denning and was written by Jesse Oppenheimer. The show ran from 1948-1951. Many of the My Favorite Husband episodes inspired scenes, jokes and even some whole episodes of Lucille Ball's television show I Love Lucy. For example, Liz Teaches the Samba, is a lot like the I Love Lucy episode The Young Fans.
Lucy's actual son, Desi Arnaz Jr, was 36 years old when Lucy died in 1989. The fictional character of Little Ricky was played by a number of different actors.
