In its original booster pack, The Shining Darkness, it was an Ultra Rare, had a corresponding Ultimate Rare form, and was also the set's Ghost Rare.
As well as this, it has a reprint in 'secret rare' style, in one of the booster pack tins.

Absolutely, this card can be found in Absolute Powerforce booster packs. Its rarity is ultra rare but sometimes you could get the card in an ultimate rarity (ultimate rare). This card is definitely rare mate but it'll be very hard to get it in a booster pack.
what I did is I looked up prices on eBay and made my about the same. I made like 50$ off of my deck cause I had all three Egyptian gods.
I would say that the ultra rare card would be rarer, because you have to be lucky enough to pull one of those from a pack. The limited edition one you ca just buy at the store. Sure, its shinier, but the ultra rare one is more rare. If you get a secret rare from a pack, then we're talkin' real rare cards.
eBay is your best bet. Please be prepared for that fact that 'really rare' does not in any way mean 'valuable', in Yu-Gi-Oh. The only cards that will fetch a high price are the most playable cards, or cards that are exceptionally rare, as in, less than 1000 printed (SJC prizecard, for example).

Well simply because they are "ultra(very) light (low weight)" Let me clarify. There are heavy aircraft, like big transport planes. There are medium heavy aircraft like passenger jets. There are light (not heavy) aircraft like little private planes. Then there are Ultra Light aircarft which are vey light weight. So ultra meaning very and light meaning the opposite to heavy ... which maybe this answer is! LOL
C ultra violet light
