I use to "try" and train with him in college. I can 100% say that I've never met anyone with endurance like him. He use to run up mountains next to our college in the middle of the night and then do a series of plyometric exercises, push-ups and sit ups. I swear the kid never slept, but he was/is an amazing athlete.

No, you do not. That rule only applies for the NBA. Overseas, there are no such rules (in most countries). Brandon Jennings was the last to do so, as he decided to forgo playing college basketball and instead play overseas with an Italian league team.
