Explore, catch pokemon, trade between Firered, Leafgreen, ruby, and sapphire, and go to Nintendo events. I think that you can get some from colosseum, but not sure.
I believe you can trade or get Pokemon from Colosseun or Pokemon XD but I think you need to beat the main story line in one of the games first. It has been awhile since I did it but the proof is that my togepi is no longer in XD or Colosseum. For its box location it just says missing so I figured I must have traded it over. I did it 2 years ago so I don't remember.

AnswerYou can't get every Pokemon in fire red. Pokemon from the sinnoh region are impossible. You can get all Pokemon from Jhoto, Kanto, and Hoenn. Not Sinnoh. To get all Kanto, Jhoto, and Hoenn, trade with everyone you can.Wiki User
∙ 10y agoTo catch a Pokemon you need to lower it's HP and capture it with a Pokeball. You can do this with almost all of the Pokemon. But with some Pokemon you need to trade, to evolve, like with Golem or Gengar. Other Pokemon can evolve with Love or even with Stones! There are a few Pokemon you can get with breading! There is also trading with other trainers in the game. Also, you can get Shiny or Special Pokemon from Events held at GameStop.
You catch all the Pokemon that you are able to on the game, then you evolve the ones that are able to evolve, and the rest of the Pokemon use a trading cord to trade from the Pokemon games.

∙ 13y agoYou need to trade with LeafGreen, and work hard and go aroung catching new Pokemon. There isn't exactly a way you can click a button or something and you get every Pokemon. Work hard or cheat is my only answer.

∙ 12y agoYou'll have to trade most of the Pokemon from a Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald game. You won't be able to find them in FireRed. Unless you cheat with an action replay.
