Answer:What You Will Need:

• Pokemon FireRed (for exclusive level up Metal Claw)
• Male Charizard (or other in its Line) that knows Flamethrower
• Ditto
• Male level 50 Gyarados that knows Dragon Dance or Male Horsea/Seadra level 50/62 w/ DD (i'll use Gyarados for this guide, but the principle is still the same)
• TM 35 Flamethrower (x1) via Game Corner
• Patience!!

Method:Step 1: Breed Male Charizard (Parent 1) with Ditto (Parent 2) until you get a Female Charmander (Offspring 1/Parent 3). (Make sure that Charizard knows Flamethrower)

Step 2: Level up Female Charmander (Offspring 1/Parent 3) to level 20, teaching it along the way by level-up Metal Claw and Smokescreen(optional).

Step 3: Breed the Male Gyarados (Parent 4) with the Female Charmander (Offspring 1/Parent 3).

Step 4: The egg from the Gyarados/Charmander pairing shall give you a Dragon Dance Charmander (Offspring 2/Parent 5) continue hatching until you get a MALE.

Step 5: Level the Male Dragon Dance Charmander (Offspring 2/Parent 5) to level 20, also teaching it Metal Claw/Smokescreen.

Step 6: Teach Male Dragon Dance Charmander (Offspring 2/Parent 5) Flamethrower via TM 35 from the Game Corner for 4,000 coins. (Optional: you can raise it to level 31 if you do not wish you buy TM35)

Step 7: Breed Male Dragon Dance Charmander (Offspring 2/Parent 5) with Female Charmander (Offspring 1/Parent 2) and receive egg.

Step 8: Hatch the egg and congratulations, you now have a Charmander (Offspring 3) knowing Flamethrower/Dragon Dance/Metal Claw! (Smokescreen optional) :D
