see all 150 Pokemon then u need to see manaphy and rotom then go to professer rowan
manaphy's data is in the big house with the trophy garden, in the owners room(second on the right) walk to the back and read the book on the table.
rotom is in the spooky house in the the forest where that girl walks with you, (use cut for getting rid of the little tree) and go inside. once inside save (in case you kill it, you can just restart) go on the second floor, third room on the left and there should be a T.V and then the battle starts(he only battles you at night time).
Edit: I got national dex without seeing rotom or manaphy. Just the 150 Pokemon is enough. The book is useless, it says "It's a very expensive-looking book on Pokemon." And the tv says "Eerie red eyes are staring at you" (or something like that) if you go without the national pokedex.
p.s. To see the other legendary (for eg. in pearl, to see Dialga (which you cannot get)) go to Celestic town and enter the big house. Talk to the old lady and she will show you Dialga/Palkia's picture.

∙ 12y agoBeat the elite four then if you did'NT see a drifloon.ON FRIDAY go to the valley windworks on that day then you see a drifloon talk to it and use a fast ball to catch it and then talk to professor rowan and you'll get a niational dex.
p.s you have to have 8 badges and did'NT cheat on skiping stuff because that's a problem that i cant help with of getting a national dex.

- Win at the Pokemon league and make it into the hall of fame.
- Achive 210 Pokemon seen in your shiono pokedex.
- Show your filled out pokedex to Prof. Rowan and Prof. Oak - both should be at Prof Rowan'ss lab with a cut secen when you get the national pokedex after completeing steps 1 and 2.
