Technically there is no 8-9 island. There's Navel rock and Birth island, which have Lugia and Deoxys on them, respectively. there is no legit way to get to either areas - you must use a GameShark or mods to get either an aurora ticket or navel ticket.

∙ 12y agoyou just make a paper airplane and then draw two triangles on either side and then trow it and then it should make it into your kicten and make eggs and the get a gun a rob u then it would say sorry then fly to a rainbow and it will give you a string to hold and then it should take you to rainbow island ..... enjoy .
