How to hack Pokemon White to get victini?

First, make sure you have Zekrom (doesn't matter what level) put it in the daycare with a Latios.

Then make sure you have a pokemon that knows surf and dive go to the Undella Bay, then go to the Absyall Ruins, and travel in there until the torrent floods the place then when that happens, go back to the daycare take the Zekrom and Latios out put them in the front of your party with NO OTHER POKEMON JUST THOSE TWO. Now go to route 3, surf (teach Latios this, you will receive a heart scale capturing victini) on the water then run from the first pokemon then keep on searching. If you have ran away from three pokemon you've done something wrong. OH, AND THESE TWO ZEKROM AND LATIOIS CANNOT BE HACKED, if they are than this will not work.

To get victini on Pokemon black/white :

First you must get the "Liberty Pass".

(If you haven't got it , use the mistery gift and obtain it on Nintendo WFC (Requires Internet) Or you can go to a shop that sells Pokemon black and white and you ask if they are giving "liberty pass")

Second , you must go to Castella City. Then you head left all the way to the corner. Then you go down. You will see a yellow boat , talk to the lady near the boat and she will take you to "Liberty Garden".

Third , when you are in liberty garden , you fight all team plasma members , and you enter on center cave. Then you go all way down , and you will find victini.
