How you get Relicanth in Pokemon flora sky?

you have to go under water using dive you can find relicanth underwater in route 126 and 124

good luck catching relicanth

This extremely rare Pokemon is found underwater on Routes 124 and 126. It will take some time to find it, but it is there.

I found one by flying to Sootapolis then use Dive where you enter Sootapolis. Then whilst you are underwater go into the grassy areas and hold down L Whilst Surfing through it. Hopefully a Relicanth should appear, but you must be patient because it is very rare there is only a 2% chance of finding one.
