First off, what's your strategy? I think you should swap Gabite for another powerful yet good Pokemon like Gyrados to cover that bald spot where you need a water type. Also, Togekiss is a natural defender so I recommend to make Togekiss a staller and EV it in HP and Def. In place of Skarmory, Put a Lucario, which can be your lead and can replace the need for a steel type. Make a mixed attacker Luxray and Your torterra needs to be defensive or replaced with bronzong or metagross. You can replace houndoom with something like cacturne. I would say... Electrivire, Torterra, Lucario, Altaria, and... I don't know about drapion or spiritomb, but I'll try to get a good answer! :) Also, I have no clue for the move sets, and you should pick your Pokemon by how much you like them, not by their power levels.
