Here is how to do the glitch: 1) Get a Sneasel and train it to level 57. 2) Make sure it learns Beat Up at third position. 3)Make 4 good clones of Sneasel 4) Make a bad clone of Sneasel, a bad clone is a Pokemon with garbage symbols and level 0 (this is the tricky part) 5) Give the bad clone to the Daycare Man and take it right back. 6) It will now be a garbage sprite, move it to the top of your party. 7) Use Move W/O Mail option and move a useless Pokemon to the top of your party 8) Give the bad clone to the Daycare Man again, don't take it right back 9) Deposit 4 Sneasel and the useless Pokemon 10) Retrieve the bad clone and give the good Sneasel to the Daycare Man 11) Take it right back and it should be a Celebi. Note: The Bad clone is extremely difficult to make.
