I talked to 32 people in the underground and put the odd keystone in the hallowed tower but Spiritomb wont come Why?

Another way to do it is get an action replay. Go to the pokeleague and on the very top floor the champion has a spiritomb. To do these cheats (if you get an action replay), click on the star(bottom left hand corner), find Pokemon platinum and press "a" everytime a cheat is highlited.After you've done that, click start, it will bring you to the game. Then do these steps.Go to the pokeleague and on the very top floor the champion has a spiritomb.

First you have to get the odd keystone from a ninja guy on route 207. He won't battle you instead he will give you the odd keystone. He says to go to route 209 and put the odd keystone into a crumbled tower which will turn into the Hallowed Tower if you put the odd keystone into it. Then go underground and talk to 32 people. Not including hikers. Or you can talk to the same person after talking to him once then go overground and back underground and talk to him again. Do that 32 times and it will still count as different people. After you meet 32 people underground or talk to the same person 32 times you can return to the surface, click the Hallowed Tower and Spiritomb will say Yalooh. Click on the Hallowed Tower again and Spiritomb will say Yalooh again. Then he will fight you. Spiritomb is a level 25 and knows Ominous Wind, Dream Eater, Hypnosis and Faint Attack.
