This is "The Baby Song" with the line, "I am returning all the presents that you gave me" recorded by George Burns (January 20, 1896 - March 9, 1996), born Nathan Birnbaum.
A sweet young girl was jilted by her husband
He left her and went on his merry way
With tearful eyes she wrote him quite a letter
in which her broken heart had this to say......
I'm returning all the presents that you gave me
I'm sending back the letters that you wrote
Every sweet memento that we cherished
and the locket that I wore around my throat
Enclosed you'll find the mortgage on the house dear
That's one affair you must admit is true
so I'm returning everything except the baby......
cause that's the one thing that I didn't get from you

Her name is Gracie Allen. The two were married on January 7, 1926, in Cleveland, Ohio.George Burns and Gracie Allen were married in Cleveland on January 7, 1926.
George Burns (January 20, 1896 - March 9, 1996), born Nathan Birnbaum, and Grace Ethel Cecile Rosalie "Gracie" Allen (July 26, 1895- August 27, 1964), were both working on the Vaudville circuit. In 1923, after losing her partner and gigs, Gracie's roommate took her to see an act performed by Billy Lorraine and George Burns. Burns and Allen decided to work together, first performing in Newark, New Jersey, for $5 a day. They were married in Cleveland, Ohio, on January 7, 1926. The daring part was that George was Jewish, Gracie was Irish Catholic and a mixing of the religions just wasn't the thing to do back then.
