No, she did not quit Disney Channel because she was never part of it.
Walt's first job was an a newspaper boy. He worked as a "news butcher" on a train, selling drinks, candy, and fruit. While in high school, Walt worked as a handyman in his father's jelly factory and held a summer job at the post office. After dropping out of high school at age 16, Walt tried to join the Army but was rejected for being underage. He instead volunteered for the Red Cross and was sent to France to drive an ambulance. After returning from Europe, Walt was hired at the Pesmen-Rubin Commercial Art Studio, drawing and lettering for advertisements. Walt started a "commercial artist" studio with Ub Iwerks, but Walt was soon hired by the Kansas City Slide Company. This was his first experience with animation. Walt began experimenting with animation in his garage studio, eventually creating a series of cartoons for the Newman Theater Company. Walt called the shorts "Laugh-O-grams". He quit his job with the Kansas City Slide Company and founded Laugh-O-Gram Studio, which went bankrupt after one year. Walt and older brother Roy moved to California and founded the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio (later Walt Disney Productions). He had a hand in character design and story writing, but his main job was producer.

Walt Disney had a number of odd jobs in his youth. While living in Kansas City as a boy, he delivered newspapers for his father. He later worked as a "news butcher", selling drinks, candy, and fruit to train passengers. While in high school (in Chicago), Walt worked as a handyman in his father's jelly factory and held a summer job at the post office. He soon dropped out of high school at age 16 to join the Army. The Army rejected him because he was underage. He instead joined the Red Cross and was sent to France to drive an ambulance. After returning from Europe, Walt was hired at the Pesmen-Rubin Commercial Art Studio, drawing and lettering for advertisements. It was here that he met Ub Iwerks, who would later help Walt create the iconic Mickey Mouse. Walt and Ub started their own "commercial artist" studio, but Walt was soon hired by the Kansas City Slide Company. This was his first experience with animation. Not satisfied with the quality, he began experimenting in his garage studio, eventually creating a series of cartoons for the Newman Theater Company. Walt called the shorts "Laugh-O-grams". He quit his job with the Kansas City Slide Company and began his own studio.
There doesn't appear to be any information to answer this question & considering how much money Walt Disney World makes in one day, it is highly doubtful Disney would close down the park for one person's or a group's enjoyment. They have, however, been known to keep it open for extended hours for large specific groups and to have "special events" for different specific groups - but in these circumstances, the group isn't renting it; Disney World is just targeting the group and maybe throwing in some perks to encourage them to come spend their money there.
