"Lost Days
Appa became lost for a short while when the group was traveling in the Earth Kingdom. He was kidnapped by Sandbenders in the middle of the vast Si Wong desert, while Aang, Katara, Sokka, and their winged lemur Momo were trapped in a vast underground library.[9] It is later revealed that he was eventually sold to a Fire Nation circus where an animal tamer attempted to make him part of the show.[1] Appa later escaped and journeyed throughout the Earth Kingdom until he encountered the Kyoshi Island Warriors, who attempted to heal the various wounds he had sustained in his travels and escort him back to Aang.[1] Appa was forced to leave after an attack by Azula and her allies, ushered away by Suki while the warriors tried to delay the three Fire Nation girls.[1] On his journey he encountered a sadhu named Guru Pathik at the Eastern Air Temple, to which he had fled.[1] Being healed of his personal turmoil and directed to Aang by the sadhu, Appa flew to Ba Sing Se, where he was captured by Long Feng.[1]
Appa was kept in a secret location at Lake Laogai until his rescue by Zuko, who was initially planning on utilizing him to capture the Avatar.[10] Appa eventually returns to the main group in the last scenes of Lake Laogai." ~ Excerpt from Wikipedia

It is not known if Toph ticklish or not. There are fan fictions that have been written that depict Toph from Avatar the Last Airbender as being ticklish.
No it isn't. it was created in the US by nickelodeon and the 2 creators, who are white, do not call it anime. it is just a regular cartoon. The definition of anime is "a Japanese style of motion-picture animation, characterized by highly stylized, colorful art, futuristic settings, violence, and sexuality." Avatar does not have futuristic settings or sexuality. colorful art and mild violence (as in avatar) could be found in all types of cartoons. and avatar is based off Chinese culture. it is drawn in the US and animated in Korea. Unlike anime, creating avatar has nothing to do with japan.= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =I disagree. "Anime" is a style of art. Even though Anime originated in Japan, doesn't mean that animation drawn in other countries in the "Anime" art style is not considered Anime. Take Manga for example. Manga also originated in japan and are drawn in the Anime style but Americans create their own Manga every day! "Miki Falls" by Mark Crilley for example, was created by an American and is considered a Manga by everyone who has and evern hasn't read it! So I say that Avatar: the Last Airbender ISan Anime since it is drawn from the Anime Style of Art!yes it is an anime but in my own opinion it has been "westernised" quite a lot which may have just been the animators style or could have been to help it get into a wider market.
Mako will marry Korra. This is unknown at the time as Korra has had any real serious relationships (though Mako being the first in the series so far, not to mention the series showing hints of them two being married in the future either) so we're not certain at the moment.
Yes, there will be a sequel. On July 21, 2010, Nickelodeon announced that it had given the go-ahead for the creation of a sequel, titled, "The Legend of Korra." Nickelodeon said in a release that "The Legend of Korra takes place 70 years after the events of 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' and follows the adventures of the Avatar after Aang - a passionate, rebellious, and fearless teenaged girl from the Southern Water Tribe named Korra." http://blogs.wsj.com/speakeasy/2010/07/21/avatar-the-last-airbender-nickelodeon-greenlights-tv-sequel-the-legend-of-korra/
there were no movies for avatar the last airbender, but one is being made.
This was done to avoid any confusion by the public who may have had trouble distinguishing the two films ; Avatar being a separate film from The Last Airbender .
You'll need to check with your local listings for times regarding when the Avatar movie is being shown since there are different time zones . If you are referring to "The Last Airbender" then the film has a release date of July 2, 2010 in the U.S.

The Fire Nation killed them all, except for Aang because he ran away right before that time. The Fire Nation's plan was to wipe out all the Airbenders because the Firebenders new that with Avatar Roku being dead, the next avatar would be an Air Nomad so they tried to kill off all the Airbenders.
'Aang' is the fictional character from the Animated Series by Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender. 'Aang' was created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, with voice acting being done by Zach Eisen.
The creators of Avatar The Last Airbender was created to be expanded. The Legend of Korra is a former Avatar of Aang. The original series opened up the door for him when they mentioned Koh the face stealer in the season finale of of the first season, and brought his story back up in the series finale. It's because The Last Airbender was a great success and they want to continue on creating it for the fans. Also, I must mention that it will continue the series of people being the avatar after the one before them dies.they can't continue the old show because they want something new out that everyone will love
'The Last Airbender' is due to be released on July 2nd 2010. The film dropped the 'Avatar' portion of it's name, to avoid confusion with James Cameron's film of the same name released in 2009.
If by food you mean the missing crates in the second level, simply follow the trail of crate remains. Or, using the maps as a guide, north by northeast from the village; you'll reach the cave where the supplies are being hidden
