Then go to island six in the dotted hole. To get in the dotted hole stand in front of the door and use cut. The door should open. go all the way to the bottom and press A on the sapphire. A team rocket member will take it from you and give you a password. Then go to island five and to rocket HQ beat all of the trainers and they will leave. Then go to the man who took it from you and beat him he will give it back. Now you can challenge the elite four again and catch mewtwo who is in the cerulean cave off of cerulean town.
