You will have to cross the balloons to get to the other rooftop where you will have to activate the red switch, then go back and get the toolbox.

Go across and you will see the toolbox and the switch you need to use to get it. Get the stuff in the box with the gold stuff in it. Yuo will need the stuff later on. Then you fix the elevator platform across from the toolbox. Go down on the platform and then keep going left until you get to another ski lift. go up the ski lift and then fix the green ski lift behind the one you just used. Go on the green ski lift. Then go left and fix the next red ski lift (A lot of ski lifts were used!). Go on the red ski lift. Then go left again and fix the elevator platform. Go down on the platform and to the left will be the switch you need to open the gate blocking the toolbox. Get on Ferb's shoulders and activate the switch. Then the gates will open and you will be able to get the toolbox. Ta-da!
