You may not think I'm right but Purge is real he evolves from Missing No but not from Diamond or Pearl what you want is the Missing No from Red or Blue version and trade it to Gold or Silver and the hard part is trading it to Ruby or Saphire but you still can it's just hard to anyways then you migrate it to D/P but it will be a buneary lv 1 beat the elite 4 with only buneary/Missing No in your party and then the game will reboot itself and theres Purge (P.S. make sure you have Mewtwo in D/P and BE VERY EXTREMLY CARFUL THIS COULD DESTROY YOUR GAME IF MIISSING NO DELETES ITSELF DURING THE PROCESS.)
