In Pokemon pearl are there any trainers that have a Charizard so I can get one on gts since you need to see the Pokemon before you can actually get him on gts?

I think you meant Charizard, you pick charmander as a starter then level him up so that he evolves into charmeleon, then into charizard. You can also trade with a friend for a charizard, but there unlikely to trade most likely. Also if you beat the elite 4 in Pokemon stadium, for the n64 system, the game will award you with a fossil Pokemon or a starter, like charmander. this is all from the person before me, i know for a fact you can catch him on Pokemon red, (very similar to blue,yellow and green) you can catch charmander at the old burnt building on cinnabar island.

You can pick charmander as your starter Pokemon then evolve it. charmander evolves at level 16 into charmeleon then lvl 36 to charizard good luck If you want to get it on heart gold and soulsilver you have to at least beat the Pokemon league once then before you start you game go down one on the first page of soulsilver or heart gold and push migrate from leaf green or Fire red. To do this you have to have the Fire red or Leaf green in to make this work. On the F.R. or L.G. the Pokemon you want have to be in your PC. After that you go to pal park in Fushia city and it will catch your Pokemon no matter what. Trust me i have done this a thousand times before.

Training Pokémon on Pokémon emerald?
Battle trainers and wild Pokemon. You can use the Exp.Share (given to by Devon President for delivering letter to Steven) to train weaker Pokemon, or you can put the weaker Pokemon in the first slot before a Pokemon battle and then switch it out with a stronger Pokemon before the foe hits. Then the weaker Pokemon will still gets experience points after the battle. Good luck
