does it try 2 evolve but then u keep pressing a,b,a,b? or does it hold a everstone, if these don't help go get another staravia, i dont want my staraptor do u want it its level 54.
I just had the same problem but when u get it to 54 it evolves. If it duznt help try making it learn brave bird.
