You have to beat the elite four including champion (obviously) and then go to where the guy tells you, #1. Professor Oak will be there to upgrade your pokedex to the Pokemon in the Kanto region, then get on board. In order to get off the ship you have to find the elders little girl, wake the guy in the 2nd to last room on the right, battle him and then you can get to the control room. go to the ladder, go up, i think. If there is no ladder then go down and left, if there is a ladder, go up the ladder, down, and then left. You will find a door, and inside there will be a captain entertaining this little girl, she will run like in the game "hide and seek" you find at the right, then go up and there she is again. She will then go to her dad or gramps or whoever and then you can get off into the Kanto region =).

∙ 13y agoBeat the elite 4 and then prof. elm will give you an ss ticket. Go to olivine and ride the ship. Go to the captain room and speak to the girl. Find her and you will arrive at vermillion
