In Pokemon what's better thunderbolt or thunderfang?

The answer is Thunderbolt because in my game of Pokemon pearl and diamond, Thunderbolt has a power of 95 and Thunderfang has a power of 65 which proves Thunderbolt is stronger than Thunderfang

Thunderbolt(special attack) has 95 power with a slight chance of paralyzing(speed cut in half), but thunder fang(physical attack) has 65 power with a chance of flinching or paralysis. U should check its stats and what type of food it likes.

spicy: +attack

sour: +defense

sweet: +speed

dry: +special attack

bitter: +special defense

With that said look at it's stats and check which one is higher, attack or sp. attack, then choose thunder fang for higher attack and thunderbolt 4 special attack. But personally, I prefer thunderbolt, discharge(sp. attack) 80 power(i think) , or occasionally thunder( 120 power, sp. attack). all four have a chance of paraysis.
