King Aragorn Elessar lived to the age of 210, "a span thrice that of Men of Middle-earth." He died in 1541 of the Shire Reckoning, about 120 years after the end of the War of the Ring. The Lord of the Rings: Appendix A

Aragorn is born on the first of March of the year 2931 in the Third Age. Since the third book begins in mid-March of the year 3019, Aragorn is 88 years old at that time.
Of course, he's a Numenorean human, of the sort originally given a lifespan "thrice that of normal men", so he doesn't suffer from that age. He gets to live another 122 years after that until 120 FoA., and dies in good health at the age of 210.

If you think he is, then, yes! It doesn't matter who or what they are, if you think they're awesome, then they are. Aragorn becomes king at the end of the third book, and that's awesome. Unless you don't like being king. In one of the books Aragorn makes Eowyn cry; and that's not so awesome... even though he needed to break up with her eventually anyway... Aragorn is loyal and protects Frodo, and that's really awesome. Aragorn's hair is only seen brushed once, and only in the last movie when he becomes king. That's not so awesome unless you like his messy hair (I actually think it looks weird brushed). Obviously Arwen thinks he's pretty awesome. So I guess it depends on your own veiw on whether or not you think Aragorn is awesome. Is the actor of Aragorn awesome? I don't know because I have never met him. But I assume that he is pretty awesome.

The name of the king who returns in The Lord of The Rings: The Return of The King is Aragorn, son of Arathorn, Isildur's heir of the line of Numenor.
The title "Return of the King" refers to the return of Aragorn, the rightful heir to the throne, to claim his place as the ruler of Gondor. It also symbolizes the restoration of peace and order in Middle-earth after the defeat of Sauron.
Aragorn died after becoming king and having a son and several daughters. Aragorn had ruled justly for many years and, feeling old age coming on him, he told Arwen and his children farewell. He told his wife, "To me has been given a span thrice that of Men of Middle-earth, but also the grace to go at my will and give back the gift. Now, therefore, I will sleep." Aragorn did not wish to die when old age had made him withered and witless, so he lay down on the bed that was prepared for him and, giving the crown of Gondor to his son Eldarion, Aragorn, son of Arathorn, Dunedain and of the line of Elendil, passed away from Middle-earth.

In my opinion it would have to be "The Return of the King" but I really love all of the movies. It's just that Aragorn is my favorite character.
The most important characters in "The Return of the King" include Frodo Baggins, who carries the One Ring, Samwise Gamgee, his loyal friend and companion, Aragorn, the rightful king of Gondor, and Gollum, whose role becomes significant in the story's climax.
