In Tomb Raider: Anniversary, if you drown after retrieving the bow from the water in Croft Manor, the bow will typically reappear in its original location. The game resets the item to its original spawn point, allowing you to collect it again. Simply return to the water area where you initially found the bow to retrieve it once more.
