Who were the victors in Hunger Games Mockingjay?
A victor is someone who has won the hunger games by being the last one alive. District twelve has only 1 victors, Haymitch Abernathy. Victors go on to live a life of ease, they are safe from the hunger games as their names never go back into the reaping bowl. They also recieve a nice house in the victors village and more money they could ever dream of. Their district gets food parcels every month for a year. Victors then end up being mentors for the next tributes reaped in their district.

They meet the need by holding the Hunger Games every year. The Hunger Games starts with 1 boy and 1 girl from each of the 12 districts having a name reaped out of the reaping ball. They then are trained and put in an arena to fight to the death until one person remains. From district 1: Marvel and Glimmer. 2: Cato and Clove 5: Foxface 11: Thresh and Rue 12: Katniss and Peeta. (Primrose was draw out but Katniss volunteered because Primrose was only 12 and couldn't hunt.)
