Well, I think Sonic would Spindash into Shadow, but Shadow would use Chaos Control and dodge. I really, really, REALLY love Sonic! But I think more people think Shadow would beat Sonic more. In my opinion though, Sonic would probably win because of his Super Form, which Shadow doesn't stand a chance against. But Shadow has a Superform too, so it could get even... Not to mention Sonic can use Chaos Control and Chaos Blast and all that kind of stuff in his Super Form. Sonic even has a Dark Form, but I'm not sure Shadow has a real one. But Sonic has many other forms, like Hyper Sonic, Werehog Sonic, Darkspine Sonic, even though Shadow does have a Hyper form, but I don't think he has enough to even Sonic's forms, ready to take him down. So, in their normal forms most people think Shadow would win, but when Sonic's in his Super Form he would win. When both in their Super Form, they would probably be even, but when Sonic uses his other forms, he would win since Shadow doesn't really have enough. But he might discover some new ones, they might both, who knows... But I think Sonic would win anyway. How do you go super sonic on sonic and knuckles?
Collect all 7 chaos emeralds. Then, collect 50 rings and tap the jump button twice. If you have a shield on, you need to lose it first.
Why can't I use Super Sonic in Sonic 3 even if I have all 7 emeralds?
You should be able to. After you collect 50 rings, double jump to turn into Super Sonic. It won't work if you have any kind of shield, you have to lose your shield first. Also, if you are playing Sonic 3 & Knuckles, and you get to Mushroom Hill Zone (which is the first Sonic & Knuckles stage), you are able to find the Super Emeralds...and you lose your ability to become Super Sonic. To become Super Sonic again, you need to find all seven Super Emeralds. After you find the seven Super Emeralds, double-jumping with fifty rings will actually cause you to become Hyper Sonic (which is more powerful than Super Sonic).
How do you turn into super knuckles in sonic 3 and knuckles?
You need to collect all Seven Chaos Emeralds. In Knuckles story it take you a little longer because your not the same route as Sonic & Tails. In order to get all seven Emeralds you need to go through Giant Rings and do a Special Stage for each one of them. Once you finished a special stage you will receive a Chaos Emerald if you lose you can try again but the same Ring won't reappear in the same spot so you need to look all over the area to find more.

What are rings in sonic x?
Rings are both the life force and power source of Sonic the Hedgehog and co. If you lose all of your Rings and get hit by another enemy, you lose a life. Lose all lives and it's a nice trip to either the title screen or the "Game Over" screen.
