Go into Momo mode and walk up towards the door. Press the button necessary for Momo to crawl up the pipes. Then follow the green arrows on the map in the top-left corner of the screen. You will run into machines but remember, enemies (which are red dots on the map) don't attack you in Momo mode. Momo will run into Lian doing something to some pipes. Grab the key on the floor near her by simply walking up to her and then go back to the door
