Also Captain Holly mated with Clover.
Watership Down is the book by Richard Adams which tells the fantasy story of Fiver, Hazel, Bigwig and Silver and all the other rabbits that go with them on there long jurney away from the warren.
When they were in cowslips warren When they left Sadleford When holly told them that bigwig was right When they were escaping efrafa When they went to nuthanger farm When they found Kahaar When they were escaping with the does from Efrafa When the rabbits from Efrafa attacked the honeycomb When they found Watership down When Fiver had his Vision that they were going to die When they rescue Clover from nuthanger farm When they freed the dog When the dog attacked Efrafen rabbits When hazel dies at the end
There were two "spirit bunnies" as you call them. The "good guy spirit bunny"'s name was Elil-hrair-rah, or El-ahrairah, who was based on the African American hero Brer Rabbit. The stories of Brer Rabbit were alluded to in the end of Ch. 48, when Dr. Adams (probably an allusion to the author himself Richard Adams) was reassuring Lucy that Hazel, the main character, will survive his being beaten up after Dr. Adams heals Hazel. El-ahrairah is a folk tale told among the rabbits, rather like a creation story and the cunning of rabbits and how great was El-ahrairah. The "bad guy spirit bunny"'s name was The Black Rabbit of Inle, who was based on the Grim Reaper. Bigwig and Hazel think that Holly, when he comes to join their warren, is the Black Rabbit, because he yells, "Zorn!" which means destroy(ed). El-ahrairah wants to make a deal with the Black Rabbit, but he fails.

Watership Down.
Bigwig joined the journey to Watership Down because he recognized Hazel's leadership qualities and bravery and believed in his vision for creating a safe and thriving warren. Additionally, he wanted to escape the oppressive and violent environment of his previous warren, Efrafa.

Bigwig wants Kehaar to help them find a new warren to settle in, as well as to provide information on the locations of other dangers in the area.
Most of the rabbits contribute towards a leadership i.e. Blackberry with his ideas, Fiver telling them where to go, Bigwig's skills in fighting and Hazel's quick thinking. However, at the new warren on Watership Down, Hazel seems to take charge with support from the others.
