Chuck Norris originally studied Tang Soo Do (which later became Taekwondo) and Chun Kuk Do, both of which are Korean systems of karate. He currently is considered a Taekwondo practitioner.
He studied in South Korea while stationed there with the Air Force. He currently holds an 8th Degree Black Belt Grand Master in Taikwondo. Mr. Norris was six-year (consecutive) World Karate Champion.
