That depends on your definition of "Sailor Scout [Senshi]." This is because we see many Sailor Scouts in the Sailor Moon series, but there are more who are only mentioned in passing, those who appear only in the anime (such as those "Sailors" created from fake Sailor Crystals, the phages), those who appear only in the manga (some of the Senshi mentioned as participants in the Sailor War, and some of Galaxia's own Anima-Mates), and those who only appear in the musicals. There are also "tribute" Senshi, people who dress up as the Sailor Senshi but don't actually have any powers or abilities.Below is a list, indicating whether they appear only in certain forms of canon (anime, manga, or musicals), and their original Japanese title in square brackets:Anime/Manga/MusicalsSailor MoonSailor MercurySailor MarsSailor JupiterSailor VenusSailor Mini Moon [Sailor Chibi Moon]Sailor UranusSailor NeptuneSailor PlutoSailor SaturnSailor Mini Mini [Sailor Chibi Chibi]Sailor Star MakerSailor Star HealerSailor Star FighterSailor Iron MouseSailor Lead CrowSailor Aluminum SirenSailor Tin NyankoSailor GalaxiaSailor ChaosAnime onlySailor Tamasaburou (a crossdressing victim of Eudial's in Season 3, episode 104)Manga onlySailor CosmosSailor ChuuSailor Coronis (Sailor Kronos in English version)Sailor MermaidSailor MauSailor CocoonSailor KakyuuSailor Chi (pronounced "Kai")Sailor Phi (pronounced "Fai")Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon (pronounced "papiyon")Sailor LetheSailor MnemosyneSailor CeresSailor VestaSailor PallasSailor JunoSailor Channel (her name is a parody of the popular brand Chanel; not a true Sailor Senshi, but Naruru Osaka, a friend of Chibiusa's and little sister of Naru Osaka. 2 reasons. 1:it was a kind of training for their future fights. 2:it was a plan to make the enemy think that sailor moon was going solo or to the dark kingdom so the enemy would bring them to their base.
If you go by the USA dubbing version of Sailor Moon then Uranus and Neptune found out in "Birthday Blues, Part 2" which is Episode 95 of the entire Sailor Moon series in the USA however that was a dubbing error and in reality they find out in USA Episode 102 which is titled "No Turning Back."

In episode 197, Pluto and Saturn were the last two senshi to get their Star Seeds taken. The four Outer senshi decided to go and challenge Galaxia themselves as to not endanger Sailor Moon... or whatever other reason they might have had. When Galaxia was about to take their Star Seeds, Uranus and Neptune decided to become her minions. Their Star Seeds were taken, and the infamous Galaxia bracelets appeared on their wrists. Once Pluto and Saturn realized that their comrades were serious about getting their Star Seeds, they allowed them to be taken when Uranus and Neptune fired. Right after Pluto and Saturn's star seeds got taken, Moon and the Starlights ran in. We have a very sad departing as the two outer senshi fade away. =(

By what I can tell, their first date is in episode 54 English dub.
Morality Bites
In the original Japanese version, Chibiusa comes in at episode 60 and in the English dub, Rini comes in at episode 41. Both in series 2 also known as Sailor Moon R."Serena Times Two" / "An Angel? A Devil? Mysterious Girl from the Sky"
Starfire goes into the future in How Long is Forever?
Brandon Silvestry goes by Senshi.
I don't think they time travel together. Episode 45/46 "Hereafter" Superman ends up 30,000 years in the future. And in "Unlimited" season 2 Episode 13 "The Once and Future Thing, Part 2: Time, Warped" Batman, Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman go into the "Batman Beyond" future.
