=ANSWER IF YOU MAKE A SHADOW POKEMON FAINT LIKE FOR ME I MADE CHANSEY FAINT, YOU CAN GET ANOTHER CHANCE AT GETTING IT BY CHECKING YOUR MIROR B RADAR! IF HE IS CLOSE BY,FIGHT HIM AND CATCH THAT SHADOW POKEMON AND IM NOT A GIRL I AM JUST A VERY GOOD POKEMON PLAYER AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON POKEMON,JUST ASK ME!!!!!!!! =

∙ 12y agoEverytime you fight him by finding him with the Minor B Radar, he has some of the shadow Pokemon that you didn't catch when you fought them.

Edit: You will have to battle him again, train at Mt Battle to help you.
