That's a good question. It depends on your perspective. An adult would say yes, definitely. But I remember being fourteen, and it's a strange time. You still have at least four years before you are technically an adult, but it wasn't so long ago (maybe a couple of years ago) that you might have still "played" like a kid in some ways. You are on your way to becoming a young woman or man, but you aren't quite there yet. If you want to consider yourself a kid, I think that's fine; if you want to call yourself a teenager, that's obviously correct, too. Even young adult could be possible, especially if you are mature.

Kid is a subjective term. Legally, the terms minor and child are interchangeable. In the United States, they both mean a person that is under the age of 18.
