u almost cant it would be almost impossible to get the cards u want and the rules are u can only have 40 to 60 cards in ur deck i dont know where 1031 cards came from
a macro deck would work quite well. another shooting star deck would also be good. and so does a neos deck, if played right (most people don't so they just ditch it)
A good and cheap Yu-Gi-Oh deck that you can make for under 70 bucks is the Samurai deck.
It can be a good deck. you just need the cards to go with it. Like you need Quilbolt hedgehog, hes a good card to go with a synchron deck. also junk, Nitro, Road, Turbo, Quick, and hyper Synchrons. and then you need cards that help bring them out.
In my opinion,a good synchro deck should have a mix of attributes whereas the monsters should be a mix of attack defense.
