Both at this point, She did some crazy things in 2007. But it was due to Bipolar(moodswings disorder) and she wasnt taking any medication. Now in 2008, shes doing alot better, but most people still treat her like dirt and either blaming it on her parenting, or the fact that she shaved her head. Which in my opinion is cruel.
