That is debatable. Connor Franta posted a video on YouTube back in 2011, saying that he is NOT gay. Recently, as of December 8, 2014, he posted a video coming out as gay. While it could be possible he's bisexual. He has stated in the video that when he "dated" girls, he didn't really feel anything (paraphrasing). So it hasn't been confirmed or denied if he is bisexual, but he has confirmed he is gay
